Everybody that enjoys gaming deserves a PS3 :)
The Fact that they have blessed us with Uncharted which is the best game bar none so far.
Naughty Dawg can require whatever the hell they want for Uncharted 2 and I'll gladly buy it. Bottom line is it is the 1 game that can and MARK MY WORDS will raise the bar even higher than the precedent Uncharted: Drake's Fortune set.
Sega please don't make yet a third mistake and make Shenmue 3.. Make a good game instead.
That said GT5:Prologue still looks much better. The gameplay in GT5:P is vastly superior to Forza 2's game play. Can Forza make a huge leap and come somewhat close.... maybe, but I doubt it?
16 cars versus 8, Much higher resolution, far superior gameplay. So I guess Forza comes up top in what category? Oh, custom paint, that is it.
Can't wait to fire it up.

MS just follows the money, they've already began endorsing blu-ray. Their half baked supported of HD DVD was only in hopes that both would fail in favor of DD. They've come to realize that battle is lost and that supporting blu will bring them the biggest $$$.
However don't count on a blu-ray drive this generation for the 360. Next generation's Xbox will have a blu-ray drive without a doubt. They aren't going to piss off a ton of developers like they did this gen by having...
#1 We've fixed our shoddy hardware on revision number 23.. New vulture chip's do not break, please buy another 360.
#2 We have the best 1st part software. Pay no attention to the Uncharted, Killzone, God of War, GT5, Ratchet and Clank, MGS4, Warhawk, etc
#3 We care about our customers.. not just milking them for every penny (see post 1)
#4 Live > PSN.. You really don't want lag free dedicated servers that the PSN provides for free. Pay...

MS has been shoveling them crap for the last couple of years. Just let them live in the bubble. If they can't play it, then they don't know the great wealth of quality they are missing :D
The fool game proved once and for all that review sites rate based on money in the pocket. Really makes a gamer sick to see such universal high praise in all categories for a such a subpar game.
It is fantastic that the PS3 has the best gaming library and by far the best value, feature rich experience. In this economy they do need a price drop to move more units.
Halo 3 is just a generic shooter. 360 fans however swallow anything up with the name Halo. The Halo RTS game is generic as can be for a RTS game yet it will sell simply on the Halo name.
If it was merely a Halo clone people wouldn't want it. Just look at first party PS3 games, they outclass MS's offering by a vast margin in quality.
Killzone 2 is truly a special experience. It if fan tastic that the PS3 is home to all the best shooters this generation.
Since the PS3 launched the 360 has been on the way down.
Pretty pathetic to be behind considering the numbers MS spews on units sold. Truly a testament to how many of those are replacements for defective Xbox360's.
Plus even more pathetic having launched a full year ahead without any competition from the PS3 or Wii. And the console is half the price (still not even worth it at half the price. 360 = horrible value, all headaches from MS customer service).
Thank you Sony for pushing the industry further doing what is best for the industry and gamers. You simply provide the best value and gaming experiences to be had! Nothing else comes close to what the PS3 offers.

And of course give us the crapola floaty physics as well. The damage in Forza 2 is horribly implemented and not even close to realistic.
360 has the smoothed blurry texture look. Personally I prefer the sharper more detailed textures on the PS3 version.
Then comes the actual gameplay graphics, which still fall far behind GT HD's demo from years ago.. Biggest problem they have is the lighting isn't remotely close to looking realistic. Colors seem off as well.
Then comes the gameplay which is floaty (despite the 360 calculations per second, which is worthless when the core feel of the game is so off)..
I don't get why they can't have more than 8 cars, when GT5:P has 16 cars and the cars and tracks look far bett...
